Custom Design
Rocket Fuel is here to make things simple and stylish so we've broken our custom design process down to just a few steps. It's super simple and means you can design your own cap, if you need a hand you can always email us to help design one for you.
Step 1 - choose style of cap

Step 2 - choose colour
Top left to right - white, black, navy, red, purple. Bottom left to right - khaki, aqua, grey, gold, pink. Just some of the colours available, contact Rocket Fuel if you need a colour that is not shown here.
Step 3 - tape colour - can also choose to have no tape

Step 4 - logo placement
Your logo can be screen printed on the front, side, top of brim or underbrim. Take a look at some of these custom designs we've already done to see what you like. Artwork format to be in vector file for screenprinting.

Step 5 - email Rocket Fuel your choices
Take all your choices and send us an email, we'll do final designs for you to approve and talk costs and then start making your custom caps (delivery time varies on quantity and the number of orders all ready in place).
Rocket Fuel has a long established career in the Fashion industry working with many large surf, street and sportswear companies. Should you wish to get jerseys, team kit, t-shirts and other garments designed by Rocket Fuel those design services are also available.
